Top 15 list of foods to improve skin quality

Over many years people have been trying all kinds of moisturizer, toners, cleansing gels, masks and even laser in order to have a beautiful skin.
 We all want to look good and healthy, a person's skin says a lot about someone. I can tell straight away if a person is healthy or not just by looking at their skin.
For a better skin is necessary to have a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables and good oils
I am not saying that moisturizers don't work, of course it does! But takes much more than that to keep a beautiful, shiny and healthy skin

This is a list of the foods that we should try to include in our daily diet. Try to include at least 5 of the foods below in your diet everyday!!!


  1. Salmon
  2. Carrot
  3. Linseed or flaxseed oil
  4. Beet root
  5. Avocado
  6. Spinach
  7. Celery
  8. Chlorophyl
  9. Orange
  10. Berries
  11. Olive Oil
  12. Tuna (fresh or cooked)
  13. Quinoa
  14. Lettuce
  15. Pomegranate
Supplements such as Zinc, Silica, Fish oil, Vitamin A,D,E also help to improve the quality of skin and work on the connective tissue, but all these can be found in the foods mentioned above.
