Spring Recipe

It is not winter anymore , sun is shining stronger lasting longer, thank god!
Summer is coming and soon we will be hanging down the beach, ladies with bikinis on and gentlemen's with shirts off. It sounds very exciting, the only problem is all that fat left from winter. All the extra weight and the bad winter habits have to go as soon as possible!!!

By bad winter habits I mean chocolates, deserts and fatty food that we tend to eat more when it is cold.

To start the new season with a healthy habit I suggest you to add a fresh fruit juice every morning on your diet.

Fresh fruit Juices suggestions:

Immunity recipe: Orange, ginger & apple

Digestion recipe: Celery, mint, ginger & apple

Sun tan recipe: Carrot , Beet root & orange

Energy recipe: Chlorophyl, ginseng, orange & apple


Detox recipe: Celery, pineapple & mint
