Lacking and Craving

I got this message from my friend Fernanda and I thought it might be interesting for you too. It is an easy and simple way to relate cravings with the lack of minerals and food sources. Sometimes it is hard to eat all the foods to achieve the daily dose intake of essential minerals. If you have a busy life and feel that you need an extra help to get all the minerals you are lacking check my previous post about a very good product from Metagenics, which is called Mineral Essentials
