Mineral Essentials is a multi mineral supplementation from Metagenics that provide the right doses of minerals that the body must achieve every day.
It provides minerals with enhanced bioavailability such as Meta Mag - Magnesium diglycinate, Meta Zn - Zinc diglycinate and Meta Fe Iron diglycinate to support daily requirements. These minerals support cardiovascular, immune and nervous system helth and are used in energy and hormones production.
It also contains selenium which is a powerful anti-oxidant that rejuvenate skin cells avoiding premature aging.
Multi-Essentials comes in a powder form and in 2 different flavors, Berry and Pineapple. I usually go for berry but I have tried them both and the pineapple one is actually very nice, taste fresh and is easy to drink. You simply mix it up with 200 ml of cold water and drink it up!! It is better taken with food, feels just like a pineapple juice.
