Do you sleep well?

A bad night of sleep can cause stress, decreases concentration and productivity and leads to a very bad mood. A good night of sleep is necessary to recover the body energy.
One of the main reasons that cause insomnia is the Internet. The computer screen is very light so our brain can’t differ it from sunlight. The brain thinks that is still daylight and so it limits the production of melatonin, which is the sleep hormone.
For those who do not sleep well is harder to manage body weight. It raises cortisone levels, which increase the appetite for bread, pasta and sweets.
The computer is not the only reason for a bad night of sleep. Alcohol, cigarette and sleep on your back may also contribute for poor quality of sleep.
Apnoea, the lack of breathes for a few seconds, can disturb sleep. The intervals in between each breath can lead to a more superficial sleep. People usually wake up exhausted.
Stay awake all night can result in lack of energy, difficulty in concentrate, irritability and the famous “morning mood”.
